Predefined practices fail to take your individual conditions into consideration; that´s why the practices in my classes will be tailored to your personal circumstances:
- your aims,
- your current mental and energetic condition,
- your time budget.
Practising Yoga teaches us to receive positive changes:
- from physical exhaustion and tension to relaxation and strength,
- from flat and often reduced breathing to a long, light and refreshed breath,
- from a restless, weak and absent mind to more clarity and energy.
